2018 Volkswagen Arteon impresses in crash tests

There’s a stylish new Volkswagen coming to Aussie dealerships soon – the 2018 Volkswagen Arteon.

When it lands, we’ll have the peace of mind that the all-new offering will boast excellent safety credentials.

Qualifying this week for a maximum five-star Euro NCAP rating, the Arteon scored extremely well across the four main criteria.

Euro NCAP reporting the Volkswagen offering achieved a 96% adult occupant protection score.

Child occupant and pedestrian protection were both 85% and the Arteon gained an 82% score on its safety assist tech.
