Nissan QASHQAI sales in Australia remain extra solid with the model achieving 13% of the ultra-competitive small SUV market.
Now, we are getting closer to the local arrival of the refreshed 2018 Nissan QASHQAI.
We brought you initial coverage of the update when it was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show, now comes confirmation that the first customer deliveries are about to start in Europe.
The British-built Nissan QASHQAI for 2018 welcomes:
- Updated styling, including new ‘V-motion’ grille
- Fresh alloy wheel designs
- New paint colours
- Revised suspension and steering feel
- Better insulated cabin
- Improved seats
Nissan has also added pedestrian recognition to the QASHQAI’s autonomous emergency braking system.
And digital radio, in most markets, is also a standard feature.
Philippe Saillard is the Sales & Marketing chief at Nissan Europe, he tells us we can look forward to an even better QASHQAI.
“The second-generation Nissan Qashqai has been an outstanding ambassador for our innovative crossover range.
“It has been a sales phenomenon too.
“With these premium enhancements to its design, quality, technology and driving dynamics, we are confident this will continue.”
