2018 Jaguar E-PACE

U.S. pricing under $39,000!

The new five-seat Jaguar SUV – the Jaguar E-PACE will land early in 2018, including in the U.S. where we now have pricing and specification details.

Designed to combine practicality and sports car dynamics, Jaguar’s second SUV model will be priced from just under $39,000 in the U.S.

Offered across six ‘standard’ variants and a special ‘First Edition’ model, all get all-wheel drive, a nine-speed auto transmission, and Jaguar Land Rover’s 2.0 litre four-cylinder Ingenium turbo-petrol engine.

The lower-spec E-PACE variants fall under the ‘Core’ classification and are available in standard, S and SE grades – all get a 183kW engine output.

That same engine output also features in the ‘First Edition’.

While the sportier R-Dynamic models, available in S, SE and HSE trim levels, benefit from the more powerful 220kW version of the engine.

We can expect to see the same 10” infotainment touchscreen in Australia, while a 12.3” interactive driver display is expected to be an option here, as it is in the U.S.

rear styling Jaguar e-pace“With the E-PACE, our aim was to develop a Jaguar SUV that feels and responds with the character of any of our rear-wheel drive vehicles. said Mike Cross, Chief Engineer of Vehicle Integrity, Jaguar.

“It was fundamental to us that E-PACE delivers exceptional drive dynamics, yet is refined and comfortable,”

“Here is an all-wheel-drive compact performance SUV that has the precision and body control to make the E-PACE as rewarding for the driver as it is comfortable for the passengers.”

Expect a similar model range when the new Jaguar E-PACE goes on sale here in the new year.

We will bring you full Australian pricing and specification details when confirmed by Jaguar Land Rover Australia.
